Eating Beauty: Beauty Food Log

Hello Beauty Fanatics and Skin Care Aficionados!

First of all, I extend deep appreciation for your readership.  It is a great pleasure to share my skin care perfectionism, trial-and-errors, and beauty neurosis with the rest of the world.

I am starting a new section in Skin Geek dedicated to Food this April.

I will write about healthy eating, I will write about unhealthy eating.

I will write about my binges, my neurosis, my skin-care-based food selections and judgements.

I will write about economic and geographic considerations of selecting, purchasing and transporting food.

I will write about everything from gourmet addictions to farmer’s market finds, from aromatic microgreens, to mind-boggling ethnic dishes.

I will write about the mess of nutritional or medicinal thoughts that run through my brain when I ponder what to order at restaurants.

I will write about guilty pleasures, cravings and indulgences

I will write about how a piece of fresh o-toro (fatty tuna sashimi) delights my tongue and sweetens my throat, I will write about how the delicate omega-3 fatty acid chains trickle through my digestive tracks to deliver pamperment to the collagen structure under my skin.

I will write about medicinal broths and soups, custards and congees, insalatas and olive oils, and how wonderful food originating from drastically different cultures and ethnic origins all somehow, each with their own stories, recipes, and history, end up to nourish my soul and body.

SkinGeek.com has been around since 2002 providing cutting edge, independent research and personally-tested reviews for all the beauty and skin care needs of busy 21st century web users.  I have been wanting to put a food section on this site for-ever!  I’m finally doing it now.

Apart from slathering beautifying powders and potions onto our skin, we shall also feed ourselves to becoming more beautiful.

To A Gorgeous You!

Metta and Appreciation,
Rosa
