I have taken a break from writing about skin care and started a new blog about LOVE. After all, love is a primary reason for which we pamper our skin, isn’t it? That feeling of love, with ourselves, with our body, with others, with friends, with hobbies or objects of desire and beauty, is a fundamental driving force in our lives and shape the goals we set for ourselves and the actions we take. We are all addicted and we all crave that feeling of total amazement and being absolutely pleased.

The entire cosmetic and skin care industry, no matter how glamorous, seductive, and sparkling of joyfulness on the surface, is, at the very core, founded upon dissatisfaction, competition, and fear. I know that if everyday I am so enthralled with my own refection in any surface, whether mirrors, store windows and polished silverware in good lighting or bad, I would probably never gotten the initiative to start SkinGeek.com. I still ABSOLUTELY LOVE skin care, don’t get me wrong. I am just starting to see the whole subject in a new light. Beauty begets beauty, and it is the power of love and beauty that I wish to now tap into for my new radiance.
